What is a QR code menu?
A QR code menu is a digital restaurant menu that guests view on their phone after scanning a QR code at the table. Updates are instant — no reprints, no PDF downloads, no app install needed.
Is QR Menu Link free?
Yes. New restaurants start on a free plan that includes all core features for the first 6 months: unlimited categories and items, multi-language support, QR code generator and 13 templates.
How many languages does it support?
The menu interface ships in English, Turkish, German, French and Dutch. Each individual menu item can also be translated per language, so customers see your menu in their own language.
How long does it take to set up a QR menu?
Most restaurants finish their first menu in under 30 minutes. You add categories, items and prices in the admin panel, choose a template, then download the auto-generated QR code and place it on tables.
Do I need to install an app?
No. Customers just scan the QR code with their phone camera and the menu opens in their browser. There is no app store, no app download and no account creation for customers.
How much does QR Menu Link cost?
After the 6-month free trial, Starter is $5/month or $50/year and Pro is $10/month or $100/year (about 17% off when paid annually). Businesses in Turkey are billed in Turkish lira instead: Starter 200 ₺/month or 1.500 ₺/year, Pro 300 ₺/month or 2.500 ₺/year (+VAT). Enterprise plans with custom themes and SLAs are quoted on request.
Do I have to reprint the QR code when prices change?
No. The QR code points to your menu's permanent web address, so every change you make in the dashboard — prices, photos, sold-out items, new dishes or even a different template — appears on guests' phones instantly. You print the table QR codes once and keep them.
Can you move my existing printed or PDF menu for me?
Yes, for free. Send your printed or PDF menu through the contact form or to info@qrmenulink.net and the QR Menu Link team builds your digital menu for you. You can also upload a photo of your menu and let the AI menu extraction fill in categories, items and prices.
How does the waiter call button work?
Guests tap "Call Waiter" or "Request Bill" on the QR menu and enter their table number. The call appears instantly in the web dashboard and, on the Pro plan, as a push notification on staff phones through the QRMenuLink Staff app for Android and iOS — even when the screen is locked.
